CAC40 Expiration

Friday April 20, 2007

All futures markets switch to new contracts at regular intervals. Most markets switch every three months (March, June, September, and December), but some markets, such as the CAC40 (MONEP / Euronext Paris) also switch to new contracts every one month. The contract specifications for all futures markets specify which contracts are available, and when the switch (or expiration) occurs.

The current CAC40 futures contract expires today (Friday, April 20). If you trade the CAC40, you need to update your trading and charting software to the May contract this morning. Further information about the CAC40, including its contract specifications, is available in the CAC40 market profile.

Dear Adam, would you be so kind to show some more charts for the pivot bounce system? I didn’t see an indicator or oscillator at the DAX chart. Do you use any for this system?
Kind regards, paul.

(2) Day Trading Guide says:

I have posted some more charts of the pivot point bounce trading system in the blog. I hope that they help you understand and learn the trading system.

In answer to your question, the trading system uses only the pivot points and the price patterns.

Thank you for your comment.
