Trading Profit Withdrawals
Trading profits can be withdrawn at any time via TradeStations's web site, but can only be processed via either a wire transfer or a US dollar check. Trading profits can only be withdrawn in US dollars, so any withdrawals to a non US dollar account will incur a currency exchange that may not be at the best available exchange rate.
Reliability
As with all brokerages, TradeStation occasionally has problems with either their market data or their trading software, but these problems are rare, and TradeStation can be considered a reliable brokerage.
Recommendation
TradeStation Securities is a good choice for US day traders, but less suitable for non US day traders, because of the limited availability of non US markets. TradeStation's commissions and fees are one of the lowest available, and their trading software provides a good range of features. In conclusion, TradeStation is not as comprehensive as some other day trading brokerages, but may be a good choice, as long as they offer the markets that you want to trade.
