Watch the market, and wait for your trading system's entry requirements to be met. For the zero line cross trade, the market needs to be active, and the CCI needs to cross the zero line, while the price closes on the correct side of the moving average. In the chart shown below, the CCI has crossed above the zero line, and the price has closed above the EMA, so the trade is a long trade, and will be entered by buying a contract.
